EPC
How It Works
An EPC, or Energy Performance Certificate, is a mandatory certificate that demonstrates the energy efficiency of domestic and commercial buildings. It includes a rating for energy efficiency as well as the building's environmental impact.

An EPC is needed when a property is about to be rented, sold or constructed. It is valid for up to 10 years and failure to provide a valid certificate can lead up to fines of £500.

How We Perform EPC Assessments
To perform this service, we need the name and address of the business' site so that we can send out one of our qualified assessors to visit the site, log all the energy assets, review their performance and produce the EPC certificate.

EPCs are mandatory and are needed by commercial or residential buildings that are about to be sold or rented. This mean many sites will need to have a valid EPC if they want to avoid any fines. We can carry out EPC assessments in England and Wales for our partners' clients.

With our dedicated and qualified EPC assessors that we work with, we can provide this service for any of our partners' clients.
All we need is:
-
The name and address of the business
-
The number of sites
-
The business' contact information
